TITLE:          YEARBOOK/ANNUAL SPONSOR

QUALIFICATIONS:      1.   Kentucky Certificate with proper endorsements.

                                       2.  Such additional qualifications as the Superintendent or Board may find

                                               appropriate and acceptable.

REPORTS:                   Principal

SUPERVISES:            Not Applicable

JOB GOAL:                  To produce an accurate record, through photo and copy, of a school year.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Instructs students in techniques of publication development and editing.
2. Supervises planning, developing and editing, sales and distributing of school yearbooks.
3. Maintains financial records and other paperwork relating to the publication and selling of yearbooks.
4. Maintains professional conduct and serves as a role model when representing the district during school functions and activities.
5. Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Principal or the Superintendent.

TERM OF SERVICE:               Salary and workdays to be established by the Board.

EVALUATION:                         Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Certified Personnel.
